Refund policy

All items and sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a damaged or missing product. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to sizing, fit, color, or change of mind.

If you receive an order that is damaged or missing items, you must contact us at contact@deathandromance.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo evidence of the damage or defect for review.

If your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged due to normal wear or misuse are not eligible
