Shipping policy

At Death & Romance, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow its journey.

Preorders:
Some items may be available for preorder. Preorders mean that production begins after your order is placed, and fulfillment can take up to 2–3 months. This will always be clearly stated in the product description so you know exactly what to expect.

Please note:
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During high-demand periods (such as special drops or seasonal launches), processing times may be slightly longer. We will always keep you updated if delays occur.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

All prices listed are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges. Any additional costs incurred during customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. Death & Romance is not responsible for delays, fees, or charges imposed by customs authorities in your destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.
